The staff was very-very nice and super-friendly and made me feel at home. Location: the hotel was really close to Veracruz between June, and Mexico. There were a wide array of restaurants to eat, like El Raco that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I greatly enjoyed the friendly and courteous staff. the room was exceptionally clean and had a bar and dual aspect windows. 3. the location was great, close to all points of interest. 4. the property was conveniently located just 2 miles from touristic places like Unimex.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel near the ocean. The staff were friendly and helped us with tire punctures in the parking lot. The room was super clean and had a Samsung TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The roof deck with Jacuzzis open until 11pm was a bonus. We also loved the excellent value for money.
The breakfast options were limited and poor in quality, especially considering the abundance of fruits in the country.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, just steps away from the ocean. The room was exceptionally clean and modern, with a Samsung TV that had access to Netflix and YouTube. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us when we had a flat tire. We really appreciated their assistance. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.
No cons. We would recommend this venue to everyone.

My thanksgiving getaway was amazing! the room had dual aspect windows which gave me a breathtaking ocean view. Not only that, but the hotel provided complimentary l'occitane products and its rooftop jacuzzi was a must-try for me. the hotel was conveniently located near huge supermarkets and a variety of restaurants, making it easier to enjoy the local cuisine.
Although the hotel was in a great location, I found that the soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear loud music and people noises over the whole floor in the middle of the night.

The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the views. The location was also great for exploring the city and enjoying the beach, as it was just a short walk away. the hotel offered free parking which was very convenient.
Our Easter weekend stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The noise level was unbearable, with loud music and other guests making noise well into the early hours of the morning.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Veracruz! The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a perfect night's sleep. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ocean. The staff were friendly and were really nice too assist us with a flat tire incident. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the TV with Netflix and YouTube access was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for an excellent stay in Veracruz.

The staff's service was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and had beautiful décor. The parking was free, and this hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood - perfect for relaxing.
Nothing could have been better.
